Our Purpose
Three Vendors. One Goal.
Behind Bedford Event Partners are three women who know the vendor life firsthand. We each own and operate our own businesses, sell at markets, and understand what it takes to show up, set up, sell, and make an event worthwhile.
That experience is at the heart of everything we do. We know what vendors need from an event organizer — and we know what shoppers want from a great market. Together, we combine our different strengths to create events that are well organized, well promoted, visually inviting, and most importantly, worth showing up for.
Meet the Team
The Three of Us
Rhonda Shirley
Owner, Hickory Cottage Redesign
Rhonda has an eye for transforming ordinary pieces into something magnificent. Through Hickory Cottage Redesign, she upcycles and refinishes furniture and home decor, bringing creativity and a love of beautiful spaces to everything she does. She brings that same attention to detail to Bedford Event Partners, overseeing the behind-the-scenes logistics that make our markets come together. From working with the fairgrounds and maintenance teams to coordinating tent rentals, measuring spaces, planning hall layouts, and managing event decor, Rhonda makes sure the physical details are right before the doors ever open.
Tammy Welsh
Owner, Finley Bee, LLC
Tammy spent more than 10 years running vendor events through Finley Bee, LLC, while also building her own business as a vendor selling antiques and home goods. After selling her previous property, she decided to focus her energy on what she loves most — creating exceptional events. Finley Bee is the host and customer-facing name for our markets. Tammy brings years of experience to vendor selection and event planning, setting the standards for our shows and making sure each market has the quality, variety, and atmosphere our vendors and shoppers have come to expect.
Tammi Becker
Owner, Mountain City Candles
Tammi brings her technical and business background to Bedford Event Partners, helping turn the ideas behind our markets into something vendors and shoppers can easily find, understand, and take part in. She oversees the website, online vendor registration, and much of the communication and organization that happens behind the scenes. Her focus is on making the process simple for vendors while helping more shoppers discover our events and the businesses that make them special.
